Take me in your arms tonight
On love's gust lets take a chance
Soft and low our cherished tune
Let's flow across the room in dance

If you should bow before the go
A gentleman upon the start
T'will send a dart, with gentlest aim
To pluck the lining of my heart

Our feet we'll trust to memory
Our dreaming eyes are fixed in stare
The soft notes of the music drifts
If it still plays,we're unaware

You're breathing louder than the tune
Your hand held firm upon my waist
Do I dare breathe
And break this spell
As we desire a kiss to taste?

Our turning stops but not the room
A quiver on my lips I fight
You gently tilt my chin to meet
The softest kiss in loves delight

A spell so strong, it stops my world
I know my heart has ceased to beat
You hold my face as your eyes ask
Shall we escape to sweet retreat?

I'll trust weak legs to walk with you
If your arm serves as my stead
Our bodies blend as lovers new
Two sensual beings on lurid bed

All wonders that our minds have known
Our eager lips and hands explore
In ecstasy we toy till spent
Joyous behind desire's door

Entranced in precious afterglow
You whisper faint, with misty eyes

My heart unshackled
No longer mine but his to keep

in warm sweet slumber

Was like a bubble made from gum

A sweet, puffed, rosy pink promise

Whisper thin

A pliable sheath…protruding from his lying lips

A useless cavity...completely filled with hot air

Big, bold and bursting
With insincerity
